how to make brownies without eggs:

You only need few ingredients to make these eggless nutella brownies. Besides, it literally takes all of 10 minutes to make the brownie batter so you can enjoy your homemade brownies within 40 minutes after they have baked. To be fair, you might want to wait until they have cooled down slightly for them to cut neatly into slices.

As you may have guessed, the most important ingredient to make these legendary Nutella brownies is well, of course, Nutella! Now while I do use the brand name here, I would like to point out if  In a general brownie recipe, you usually melt butter and chocolate together. However, because we are making Nutella brownies, it is only fair to replace the chocolate with the goodness of chocolate and hazelnut spread.

I live in a hot country so my room temperature nutella is already pretty runny. However, if you find that your Nutella, even at room temperature is very solid, you want to measure it out in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 10 seconds, or in intervals until it melts. You can also do this on a double boiler as well if you don’t have a microwave.

Tips:

  • I topped my brownies with chopped pecans but hazelnuts would be the better option.
  • Store brownies at room temperature by wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap or foil, or by placing them in an airtight container, such as a lidded tray or Tupperware container. This will prevent your brownies from going stale and take on weird fridge flavors.
  • Greek yogurt will work here so will full-fat Plain natural yogurt or vanilla yogurt.
