This homemade Raspberry & Passion Fruit Jam with Prosecco ist perfect for a luxurious Sunday Breakfast!
For 3 glasses of raspberry passion fruit jam you need :
250 g Raspberry Puree
250 ml Passionfruit Juice
250 ml Prosecco
300g Canning Sugar
Bring the raspberry puree and the sugar to a boil and let simmer for 7 minutes. Add the juice and the prosecco an let cook for another 10 minutes. Pour the hot jam into your sterilized glasses, close and let them cool upside down for about an hour.
