Ingredients
200ghomemade or storebought marzipan or almond paste
150gground walnuts
1/4tspground cardamom
5tbsppear schnapps or other liqueur like rum
200gmelted dark chocolate
Instructions
If you have whole walnuts, grind them. With your hands, mix the first 4 ingredients until well incorporated. Chill this mix for about 2 hours.
Using low, controlled heat, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave
With a melon baller form little balls and dip them into the melted chocolate.
