Whip the cream into soft peaks. This works best when the cream is still really cold. Don't overdo it so that your cream doesn't turn into butter on you! Whisk the quark, yogurt, lemon juice, and mascarpone well along with the sugar or sweetener, it is best to use a hand mixer so that the sugar dissolves really well. Now carefully fold in the whipped cream using a handheld whisk. Chill, or layer immediately.
For assemly, layer egg liqueur and the quark mixture alternately in dessert glasses (looks nicest in a glass bowl or in individual dessert glasses). You can also sprinkle with grated chocolate or blueberries and edible flowes.
