Mulled Wine Bundt Cake is an absolute staple dessert around Christmas in Germany. This Christmas, I opted for the miniature Version. These mini bundt cakes look absolutely gorgeous on a cookie plate!

Ingredients
100gbutterwarmed to room temp
80gsugar
1tspvanilla extract
1/2tspcocoa
1small egg and 2 small yolks
100gflour
1/2tspbaking powder
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspcardamom
1/4tspcloves
1/4tspnutmeg
50mlred wine
50ggrated cooled nougat or nougat chocolate
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius.
Cream sugar and butter with vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Add the eggs one after another and continue beating on low speed.
Combine flour with baking powder, cocoa and spices and add alternating with the red wine until a dough forms. Avoid overmixing.
Now fold in the grated nougat or nougat chocolate and pipe the dough into your prepared mini bundt mould. Bake for about 12 minutes and let cool before unmolding them.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or red wine glaze
