1teaspoonlemon juice
2tbspchopped pistachios

chopped pistachios

Instructions
The preparation of the fig dip is easy and requires only a few steps. Start by halving the dried figs and washing and roughly chopping the fresh figs.
The dried figs are then soaked in hot water to make them easier to work with.
In the meantime, you can put the cream cheese and goat's cream cheese in a blender. Add 2 tsp of honey and lemon juice and mix until smooth and creamy.
As soon as the soaked dried figs are soft, they can be drained and added to the cream cheese mixture along with the fresh figs. Use the blender or hand blender to blend everything into a smooth paste. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
Next, the chopped pistachios are added, which give the dip a crunchy texture and nutty flavor. A large pinch of salt and ground pepper is then added to intensify the flavors and give the dip a slightly spicy note.
Decorate with chopped pistachios, a drizzle of honey and fresh fig slices.
