Cause you just never know when you are going to need a snack.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just in time for Easter, I present you an easy vegan energy ball recipe that was born out of my love for all things pistachio. Anything from <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/nutella-pistachio-vegan-raw-cheesecake\/\">vegan pistachio cheesecake<\/a>, to <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/healthy-vegan-overnight-oats-pistachios\/\">pistachio overnight oats<\/a> to hearty recipes like my <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/pistachio-pesto-recipe\/\">pistachio pesto<\/a> &#8211; I am there!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ENERGY BALLS &#8211; the best homemade healthy post or pre-workout snack<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019ve never made vegan energy balls at home before, now is the time. Seriously &#8211; they are the best way to refuel!&nbsp; Smaller and with fewer calories than a granola bar and gone in one bite. They are obviously no-bake and really only require a food processor. I live in a hot country so I store my energy balls in the freezer (I also really like them super cold)!
