If soaking them overnight, put them in an airtight container and store in the fridge. Don&#8217;t forget to rinse them after soaking.<\/li>\n<li>I like to use coconut milk instead of water when making this vegan sour cream recipe. Let cool, then blitz until finely chopped and stir into cashew sour cream.
