You do not have to buy it if it&#8217;s something you normally don&#8217;t use.<\/p>\n<p>Simply make your own oat flour!<\/p>\n<p>To do so, pulse the rolled&nbsp;<b>oats<\/b>&nbsp;in your food processor until they are ground into a powder-like consistency. Depending on the speed and power of your food processor, this should take 60 seconds or less.<\/p>\n<p>Stop and stir the oat flour to ensure that all have been finely ground.<\/p>\n<p>Note that one cup of rolled oats will yield approximately 1 cup of&nbsp;<b>oat flour<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>What toppings and add-in shall I use for this Vegan Banana Bread Recipe?<\/h3>\n<p>I am&nbsp;a bit of a purist when it comes to banana bread, but you can feel free to stir some vegan sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts into the batter before baking.<\/p>\n<p>Pecans, Walnuts, or Chia Seeds are other great additions.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, I only sprinkled a couple of tbsp of sunflower seeds and rolled oats on top of my vegan banana bread right before baking.
