That is if you avoid fried rolls, tempura fillings or those awful mayo toppings!<\/p>\n<p>This recipe is my new favorite vegetarian sushi for strawberry season! In these pretty sushi rolls, we combine strawberries with green asparagus and feta cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you&#8217;ve tried this combination in a salad! Admittedly, this Strawberry, Asparagus &amp; Feta Sushi is definitely not a traditional combo.<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, I still love the mix of crunchy veg, sweet &amp; juicy strawberries and salty, soft feta cheese!<\/p>\n<p>You can eat it like normal sushi, with soy sauce and wasabi.
