That&#8217;s totally allowed on days like that. So are sweet, hot beverages like this Maple Latte, or as we like to call it, the Mapleccino.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a cross between a Maple Latte and a Maple Cappuccino as it is somewhere in between to two beverages regarding the proportions of ingredients.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What&#8217;s the difference between a Maple Latte and a Maple Cappucino:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The ingredients are exactly the same, just the proportions of\u00a0espresso, milk and milk foam in\u00a0the beverage change. If you want to make a Mapleccino, use 1\/3 milk, 1\/3 milk foam and 1\/3 espresso.<\/p>\n<p>A Maple Latte has more milk and less foam in it, making it easier to drink. My version is somewhere in between and you can call it whatever you like. Maple Cappuccino.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1140\" height=\"760\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3917\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/maple-cappuccino-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"a spoon dipping into a the cinnamon-dusted milk foam of a cup of maple latte\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/maple-cappuccino-recipe.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/maple-cappuccino-recipe-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1140px) 100vw, 1140px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to make a darn good Maple Cappuccino or Maple Latte:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Making a Maple Latte is really\u00a0easy and tastes just as good, or even better than any of those over-priced, fall-flavoured beverages at the Coffee Shop.<\/p>\n<p>I all starts with freshly brewed espresso.<\/p>\n<p>Use 120 ml for a Maple Cappuccino and 80 ml of espresso for a Maple Latte.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1140\" height=\"760\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3897\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/coffee-beans-691761_1280.jpg\" alt=\"espresso beans in a white espresso cup\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/coffee-beans-691761_1280.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/coffee-beans-691761_1280-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1140px) 100vw, 1140px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To the espresso, we add a heaping tablespoon of Maple Syrup. The milk foam!<\/p>\n<p><strong>For making a Maple Latte<\/strong>, use 1 1\/2 cups of milk. <strong>When making a Maple Cappuccino<\/strong>, go with 3\/4 cup of milk.<\/p>\n<p>To get the perfect milk foam I use an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B072W1MWDG\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B072W1MWDG&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=cinncori04-20&amp;linkId=5ef70ece3a885ae219acca07b98b7533\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Automatic Milk Frother<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"\/\/ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=cinncori04-20&amp;l=am2&amp;o=1&amp;a=B072W1MWDG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/>\u00a0(affiliate link).<\/p>\n<p>I love it and it&#8217;s great for when you have company and you don&#8217;t want to be trapped\u00a0in the kitchen foaming milk\u00a0manually.<\/p>\n<p>Before foaming the milk, I like to stir in some vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon!
