My all-time-favourites are undoubtedly these incredibly soft, rich and pillowy Caramel Sticky Buns!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is the difference between a cinnamon roll and a sticky bun?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The main difference between cinnamon rolls and sticky buns is that sticky buns feature some caramel and usually pecan nuts, which are placed in the bottom of the pan.<\/p>\n<p>The cinnamon roll part is placed on top of the caramel sauce and chopped nuts. I actually prefer making the Caramel Sticky Buns a day ahead and let them rise overnight in the fridge so all I have to do is pop them into the oven in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>To do so, just place the buns in the refrigerator immediately after covering them in step 6 and allow to rise for at least 6 hours, and up to 12. The next day, remove the buns from the fridge while the oven preheats, then proceed as directed.
