Stellt den Topf nun auf die noch hei\u00dfe Platte zur\u00fcck und r\u00fchrt weiter, bis sich der Teig vom Boden l\u00f6st und sich ein Klo\u00df bildet, der nicht mehr am Holzl\u00f6ffel kleben bleibt (dauert ca 60 Sekunden).Teig nun in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nNun die Eier verquirlen und langsam unter den Teig r\u00fchren.Wir r\u00fchren den Teig dabei mit dem Handmixer solange, bis er gl\u00e4nzt und sich leicht von einem L\u00f6ffel l\u00f6sen l\u00e4sst.<br \/>\nNun f\u00fcllen wir den Teig in einen Sprizbeutel mit gro\u00dfer Stern oder Locht\u00fclle und spritzen 14 -16 ca. 6 cm lange Teigstr\u00e4nge auf ein vorbereitetes Blech.<br \/>\nDie Eclairs backen wir 15-20 Minuten auf der 2. Schiene von unten.<br \/>\nDie fertig gebackenen Liebesknochen noch hei\u00df halbieren und vor dem F\u00fcllen gut abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDie abgek\u00fchlten Oberseiten taucht ihr in eine Glasur, die ihr aus 60 g Puderzucker und 3 EL Limettensaft anr\u00fchrt. Gehackte Pistazien darauf: Fertig!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung schlagt ihr die Sahne mit dem Zucker und dem Sahnesteif steif und r\u00fchrt die Pistaziencreme unter. Diese Creme f\u00fcllt ihr nun in eurer Spritzbeutel und verteilt sie auf eure abgek\u00fchlten Eclair-Unterseiten!<br \/>\nGebt ihnen dabei nicht viel Ausweichm\u00f6glichkeiten! Am besten ihr holt euch einen Hilfssheriff, der sie kurz f\u00fcr euch festh\u00e4lt. Mir sind sie beim Bespritzen n\u00e4mlich manchmal einfach &#8220;davongelaufen&#8221;<br \/>\nNun kommt der Deckel drauf und dann hei\u00dft es:<br \/>\nEntweder SOFORT essen oder gleich ab in den K\u00fchlschrank!<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Pistachio-Eclair.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Pistachio-Eclair.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>In unserer Dachgeschoss-Wohnung war es heute einfach viel zu hei\u00df f\u00fcr ein ausgedehntes Photoshooting!
