Die Eiwei\u00df mit dem Salz schlagen, bis es sanfte Spitzen formt!<br \/>\nDann langsam den Zucker L\u00f6ffel f\u00fcr L\u00f6ffel einrieseln lassen und steif schlagen, bis ihr eine Sch\u00fcssel seidig &#8211; gl\u00e4nzenden Eischnees habt! Nun r\u00fchrt ihr vorsichtig St\u00e4rke, Vanille und den Essig ein!<\/p>\n<p>Gebt eure Eischneemasse auf die Kreise und dr\u00fcckt eine kleine Mulde mit einem L\u00f6ffel &nbsp;in die Mitte euren Pavlovas! Dann f\u00e4llt euch das F\u00fcllen sp\u00e4ter leichter!<br \/>\nBackt eure Pavlovas bei 150 Grad f\u00fcr 30 Minuten! Beobachtet sie gut! Habt ihr das Gef\u00fchl, dass sie zu braun werden, dann dreht die Temperatur runter! Sind sie au\u00dfen knusprig und cremefarben, k\u00f6nnt ihr den Ofen ausschalten! Lasst die Pavs nun 30 Minuten im ausgeschalteten Ofen ausk\u00fchlen. Dann kommen die aus dem Rohr und m\u00fcssen mind. weitere 30 Minuten k\u00fchlen!<\/p>\n<p>Den Rhabarber putzt ihr und schneidet ihn in l\u00e4ngliche St\u00fcckchen. Diese d\u00fcnstet ihr mit etwas Zucker und einem Spritzer Zitronensaft, bis sie etwas weich, aber noch nicht zerfallen sind! Ein paar Minuten reichen!<\/p>\n<p>Fertig zum Schmausen? Dann schlagt die Sahne mit Vanille, Sahnesteif und Zucker und r\u00fchrt den Eierlik\u00f6r ein! Gebt nun einen geh\u00f6rigen Klecks in jede Mulde euer Pavlovas!<\/p>\n<p>Darauf verteilt ihr dekorativ ein paar ged\u00fcnstete Rhabarberst\u00fcckchen und drizzelt noch etwas Eierlik\u00f6r auf jede Pavlova!<\/p>\n<p>Nun sofort servieren, bevor euch die Sahne in der Sonne zerrinnt!<br \/>\nHmm&#8230;.ein \u00f6sterlicher Hochgenuss ganz einfach gezaubert!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
