Keine Anrufe, kein Spontanbesuch, keine gr\u00f6\u00dferen Badezimmer-Verrichtungen. Ok&#8230;los gehts!<\/div>\n<div>Den Spargel in kleine St\u00fcckchen oder Scheibchen schneiden (je kleiner, desto sp\u00e4ter wird er in das Risotto gegeben &#8211; logisch! ). Die Zwiebel hacken und in &nbsp;der Butter ca 3 Minuten anschwitzen. NICHT r\u00f6sten! Das sieht sp\u00e4ter nicht sch\u00f6n aus! Den Reis dazugeben und kurz mitbraten bis glasig. Mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und den Wein verdampfen lassen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Nun geht der Spa\u00df los. Dreht schon mal das Radio auf denn jetzt wird ger\u00fchrt, Baby.<\/div>\n<div>Also, gebt eine Kelle Br\u00fche dazu und r\u00fchrt euer Risotto mit Liebe weiter, bis die Br\u00fche absorbiert ist! Dann gibts Nachschub. Das geht immer so weiter. R\u00fchren, singen, den Vorgang zelebrieren und sich in Italien w\u00e4hnen. Nach ca 10 Minuten Kochzeit gebt ihr eure Garnelen und den Spargel dazu. Ihr treibt das Spielchen, bis ihr die gew\u00fcnschte Textur erreicht habt. S\u00e4mig und bissfest!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Dann r\u00fchrt ihr euren Parmesan, nach Belieben einen Klecks Butter und etwas Zitronenabrieb darunter! Sofort Servieren!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Die Petersilienpesto nahm ich:<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>1 gro\u00dfer Bund Petersilie<\/div>\n<div>1 Zehe Knoblauch<\/div>\n<div>Salz<\/div>\n<div>70 ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/div>\n<div>wenn ihrs s\u00e4miger wollt:<\/div>\n<div>gebt noch Mandeln und etwas Parmesan dazu<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Rein in den Foodprocessor und fertig! Das ganze drizzelt ihr \u00fcber euer Risotto!
