Das Mehl gegen wir in eine Sch\u00fcssel und reiben mit den Fingern die Butter hinein, bis ihr eine brotkrumenartige Mischung habt.<br \/>\nNun kommt Zucker, Ei, Backpulver und Curry dazu! Mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel mischt ihr alles durch, bis gut vermischt. Dann gebt ihr die H\u00e4lfte der Milch dazu und r\u00fchrt weiter mit dem Holzl\u00f6ffel. Dann den Rest der Milch in den Teig r\u00fchren. Das Ergebnis wird eine feuchter, klebriger Teig. Das ist ok so!<br \/>\nGebt nun etwas Mehl auf eure Arbeitsfl\u00e4che und auf den Teigklos. Dann gehts los mit der Paul Hollywood Scone-Teig Therapie. Dazu &nbsp;fangt ihr an den Teig in der Mitte zu falten, dann 90 Grad zu drehen, dann wieder falten, dann 90 Grad drehen. Nach jedem Mal falten gebt ihr ein paar Mangow\u00fcrfel in den Teig.<br \/>\nAuf diese Weise bringt ihr Luft und nur minimal Mehl in den Teig! H\u00f6rt auf, sobald der Teig sich formbar anf\u00fchlt! Nicht \u00fcberkneten!<\/p>\n<p>Nun auf ca 2,5 cm ausrollen und mit einem Ausstecher in geraden, kraftvollen Bewegungen Scones ausstechen!<br \/>\nLasst die Scones 3 Minuten ruhen, dann bepinselt ihr sie mit verquirltem Ei &#8211; f\u00fcr eine tolle Kruste ! Aber nur ganz leicht, sonst gehen die Scones nicht auf !<br \/>\nDann ab in den Ofen bei 200 Grad f\u00fcr 15 Minuten!<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/cover1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/cover1.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Glasur mischt ihr die obig genannten Zutaten zu einer r\u00f6tlichen Paste und pinselt sie auf eure abgek\u00fchlten Scones!<br \/>\nDie Zutatenangaben sind gesch\u00e4tzt, da ich bei Glasuren immer nach Gef\u00fchl vorgehe! Ihr m\u00fcsst also evtl ein bisschen mehr Limettensaft zugeben!<\/p>\n<p>Und jetzt g\u00f6nnt euch den ersten, noch leicht ofenwarmen, &nbsp;frisch glasierten Thai Scone !!!<br \/>\nHmmmm mit einem Becher Yasmintee &#8230;.Hach das Leben ist sch\u00f6n!<\/p>\n<p>Und was sagt ihr ?
