As much as I love all things Christmas – as we get closer to the holidays I find myself scrambling to get things done and baking cookies is one of the activities I cannot miss out on. These Cream Cheese Almond Cookies are perfect for whenever you need a simple quick cookie recipe for the holidays!<\/span><\/p>\n

Fair warning: After handing out my test batch of these almond cookies <\/i><\/span>last week, I\u2019ve had to make three separate shopping trips for more supplies for cream cheese and butter because they\u2019ve become so popular with my friends and family.<\/span><\/p>\n

These cookies combine two great things\u2026butter and cream cheese, and if you love the flavor of almond, you\u2019ll really love them, since they have a good amount of pure almond extract in them.  You can also omit the almond extract if you want plain vanilla-flavored cookies.  This cookie recipe is so versatile.<\/p>\n
