F\u00fcr euch kommen dadurch keine Zusatzkosten zustande.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Diese saftigen veganen Fleischb\u00e4llchen sind einfach zu machen, proteinreich, gesund und so lecker!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Eigentlich bin ich kein Fan von krampfigen Versuchen vegane Versionen von fleischlastigen Klassikern zusammenzubasteln.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aber diese veganen Fleischb\u00e4llchen (wir k\u00f6nnen sie auch Bohnenb\u00e4llchen nennen) sind eine Ausnahme. Denn die sind leider geil! Und zwar so richtig!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesem klassischen Gericht kommen bei mir so einige Kindheitserinnerungen auf.Gabs bei euch auch oft Fleischb\u00e4llchen oder Frikadellen mit Kartoffelp\u00fcree oder Reis?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seitdem ich weniger Fleisch esse, habe ich schon einige vegane Fleischb\u00e4llchen Rezept durchprobiert und war meist leicht entsetzt. Oft zerfallen sie schon beim Hinschauen und sind dann auch geschmacklich ziemlich bescheiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich habe ich ein neues Rezept kreiert, welches mich dann doch tats\u00e4chlich total \u00fcberzeugt hat. Man kann sie n\u00e4mlich auch schon am Vortag zubereiten und am n\u00e4chsten Tag zur Arbeit, in die Uni oder Schule mitnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Keine Mikrowelle? Kein Problem! Sie sind wirklich nicht schwer zu machen und Kinder wie Erwachsene lieben sie!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Rezept Varianten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ihr k\u00f6nnt die Kidneybohnen \u00fcbrigens durch schwarze Bohnen aus der Dose ersetzen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Wer will, kann die veganen Fleischb\u00e4llchen samt Sauce in ein Baguette packen und schon habt ihr einen Meatball Sub bei dem Subway nicht mithalten kann.<\/li>\n<li>Statt frischer Petersilie kann man auch Basilikum oder frischen Koriander verwenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tipps f\u00fcr dieses&nbsp;vegane&nbsp;Fleischb\u00e4llchen Rezept:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Damit eure&nbsp;veganen&nbsp;Fleischb\u00e4llchen nicht zu&nbsp;weich&nbsp;werden und zerfallen&nbsp;die Bohnen unbedingt wie im&nbsp;Rezept beschrieben&nbsp;im Ofen trocknen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Quinoa k\u00f6nnt ihr&nbsp;schon am Vortag vorkochen und dann im&nbsp;K\u00fchlschrank lagern.
