Das habe ich schon bei meinem Lieblings <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/mujaddara-vegan-lentil-rice-pilaf\/\">Reis mit Linsen Rezept<\/a> bemerkt.<\/p>\n<p>Wer Fan asiatischer Nudelgerichte ist, der kann bei diesem veganen vietnameischen Nudelsalat sicher nichts falsch machen.<\/p>\n<h3>Was sind Reisnudeln?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Reisnudeln werden aus Reisst\u00e4rke und Wasser hergestellt und sind daher nicht nur gluten-frei sondern auch noch vegan. Sie sind halb transparent und es gibt sie von fadend\u00fcnn bis bandnudelbreit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr mein veganes Nudelsalat Rezept habe ich mich f\u00fcr die d\u00fcnnere Variante entschieden, aber ihr k\u00f6nnt den Vietnamesischen Nudelsalat auch mit Reis Bandnudeln machen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Rest Nudeln aus der Packung k\u00f6nnt ihr mein <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/authentisches-pad-thai-bangkok-style\/\">authentisches Pad Thai Rezept<\/a> ausprobieren oder den Salat einfach gleich nochmal machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8799 size-full\" title=\"vietnamesischer veganer Nudelsalat \" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamesischer-nudelsalat.jpg\" alt=\"Vietnamesischer Veganer Nudelsalat mit Grapefruit Dressing und frittierten Zwiebel\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamesischer-nudelsalat.jpg 600w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamesischer-nudelsalat-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamesischer-nudelsalat-360x540.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Wie kocht man Reisnudeln richtig?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Reisnudeln kochen ziemlich schnell und werden auch schnell matschig, wenn sie zu lange gekocht werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b class=\"whb\">Gib die Reisnudeln in einen Topf oder eine hitzefeste Sch\u00fcssel.<\/b>&nbsp;Trockene Reisnudeln sind recht zerbrechlich, sie m\u00fcssen also sanft behandelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Frische Reisnudeln jedoch sind nicht zerbrechlich. Diese werden jedoch nicht in kochendem Wasser gekocht.<\/p>\n<p>Stattdessen werden sie ged\u00e4mpft oder direkt einem Gericht zugef\u00fcgt, ohne vorher eingeweicht zu werden.<\/p>\n<p><b class=\"whb\">Gie\u00dfe kochendes Wasser \u00fcber die Nudeln.<\/b>Lasse die Nudeln 7 bis 10 Minuten einweichen, damit sie vollst\u00e4ndig gar werden. R\u00fchre sie alle 1 bis 2 Minuten vorsichtig um, damit sie sich l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nudeln sind fertig, wenn sie v\u00f6llig weich sind. D\u00fcnne, fadenf\u00f6rmige Nudeln sind vielleicht in weniger als 7 Minuten fertig, w\u00e4hrend flache Reisnudeln l\u00e4nger als 10 Minuten brauchen k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie dick sind.<\/p>\n<p>Bissfestere Reisnudeln bekommst du, wenn du sie in lauwarmem Wasser einweichst, bevor du sie in kochendem Wasser garst.<\/p>\n<p>Lasse die veganen Reisnudeln in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen, bis sie ganz leicht biegsam werden.<\/p>\n<p>Lasse sie abtropfen und gare sie weitere 2 Minuten in kochendem Wasser, bis sie in der Mitte z\u00e4h, aber nicht hart sind.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8803 size-full\" title=\"veganer Nudelsalat\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamese-noodle-salad-healthy-2.jpg\" alt=\"gesunder Asiatischer Veganer Nudelsalat mit Reisnudeln und Grapefruit\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamese-noodle-salad-healthy-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/vietnamese-noodle-salad-healthy-2-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Das leichte Grapefruit Dressing macht diesen vietnamesischen Nudelsalat besonders erfrischend!&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Das asiatische vegane Nudelsalat Dressing besteht aus:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limettensaft&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Soyasauce<\/li>\n<li>Avocado\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Chili&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prise Salz dazu und fertige ist das erfrischende asiatische Dressing!
