Aber f\u00fcr einen vorweihnachtlichen Zimtsternkuchen lass ich mich auch schon in der Zeit kurz vor dem Advent absolut begeistern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimtsterne! Wer liebt diese Pl\u00e4tzchenklassiker nicht! Ich pers\u00f6nlich picke mir die immer als erstes von dem Pl\u00e4tzchenteller. Dieser mit Zimt verfeinerte, saftige Haselnusskuchen mit Baiserhaube ist eine Liebeserkl\u00e4rung an den klassischen Zimtstern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber dieser adventliche vegane Zimtsternkuchen ist nicht nur ein Muss f\u00fcr alle, die die Pl\u00e4tzchen nicht mehr erwarten k\u00f6nnen! Kichererbsenwasser-Eischnee!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e4umchen, or what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also ich k\u00f6nnte mich an diesem Zimtsternkuchen dumm und d\u00e4mlich essen! Der saftige Haselnusskuchen schneckt wirklich genau wie die leckeren Weihnachtspl\u00e4tzchen. Erstmal, weil Schoko-Haselnuscreme einfach alles besser macht! Stimmts oder hab ich recht ?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sache ist, dass wir einen Kleber ben\u00f6tigen, der die Baiserhaube und den veganen Haselnusskuchen zusammenschwei\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn diese beiden Schichten werden getrennt gebacken und dann zusammengef\u00fcgt! Warum der Aufwand? Weil veganes Baiser sehr langsam und bei niedriger Hitze trocknet. Der Zimtsternkuchen hingegen braucht gerade mal 25 Minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Welche Schoko-Nusscreme ist denn f\u00fcr Veganer geeignet?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Nutella ist nicht vegan! <\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf meinem letzten Deutschlandtrip habe ich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/gp\/product\/B07FDFDVS3\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1638&amp;creative=6742&amp;creativeASIN=B07FDFDVS3&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=cinncori-21&amp;linkId=90137f6cfe46af62684b9c1f553235cd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diese vegane Bio Schokocreme mit Haselnussst\u00fccken<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"\/\/ir-de.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=cinncori-21&amp;l=am2&amp;o=3&amp;a=B07FDFDVS3\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\">&nbsp;endtdeckt und mich schock-verliebt. Die wird n\u00e4mlich ohne <strong>Industriezucker und Palm\u00f6l<\/strong>&nbsp;hergestellt. Wer die Schokocreme f\u00fcr Schnickschnack h\u00e4lt, der kann den veganen Zimtsternkuchen einfach mit etwas Aprikosenmarmelade bestreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch Sauerkirschmarmelade kann ich mir mit dem Haselnusskuchen total gut vorstellen. Aquafaba?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das vegane Baiser ist easy peasy! Einfach Kichererbsenwasser mit Salz, etwas Weinsteinbackpulver und Zucker steif schlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann auf ein St\u00fcck Backpapier streichen, auf das ihr vorher die Umrisse eurer Kuchenform abgepaust habt. Der vegane Meringue-Deckel soll ja auch perfekt auf den Zimtsternkuchen passen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann bei niedriger Hitze langsam backen und dann komplett abk\u00fchlen lassen.
