Kirschen entsteinen und halbieren. In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel die Aprikosen und Kirschen mit braunem Zucker, Zitronensaft, Zitronenschale, Rosmarin, einer Prise Salz und Speisest\u00e4rke vermengen. Alles gut durchmischen, bis die Fr\u00fcchte gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig bedeckt sind. Die Mischung in eine Auflaufform geben und beiseite stellen.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-3-color\"><strong>Hafer-Topping vorbereiten:<\/strong> In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel Haferflocken, N\u00fcsse, braunen Zucker und gemahlenen Zimt mit einer gro\u00dfen Prise Salz vermischen. Die weiche Butter in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und zu den trockenen Zutaten geben. Mit den Fingern die Butter in die Haferflocken einarbeiten, bis sich kleine Teigklumpen bilden. Das Hafer-Topping gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber die Aprikosen-Kirsch-Mischung streuen<\/mark>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-3-color\"><strong>Backen:<\/strong> Den Crumble f\u00fcr 30- 35 Minuten backen, bis das Topping goldbraun ist und die F\u00fcllung blubbert. Ich bedecke den Crumble in den ersten 20 Minuten mit Backpapier oder Alu damit die Fr\u00fcchte schon etwas weich werden aber das Topping noch nicht zu braun wird. Dann nehm ich die Alufolie ab und backe bis das Topping braun wird. Dann nehm ich die Alufolie ab und backe bis das Topping braun wird.
