Als K\u00fcrbis verwende ich hier den Eichelk\u00fcrbis (acorn squash), welcher in Nordamerika besonders beliebt f\u00fcr Ofengerichte ist. Man kann ihn ungesch\u00e4lt essen und sein Fleisch schmeckt leicht pfeffrig und schmeckt dezent nach Haselnuss.<\/p>\n<p>Die F\u00fcllung aus Wildreis, gehackten Pekann\u00fcssen, Kirschen und cremigem Ziegenk\u00e4se ist die perfekte Mischung aus nussig, s\u00fc\u00df, sauer und salzig und macht dieses simple K\u00fcrbisrezept zu etwas ganz besonderem.<\/p>\n<p>Das Rezept ist super einfach und ihr k\u00f6nnt die Wildreisf\u00fcllung schon gut am Vortag vorbereiten. Der gef\u00fcllte gebackene K\u00fcrbis ist super s\u00e4ttigend und eignet sich wunderbar als vegetarische Hauptmahlzeit, ist aber auch denkbar als festliche Beilage f\u00fcr eine Herbstmahl oder gar Weihnachtsessen.<\/p>\n<h3>Wildreis &#8211; gesund und lecker!<\/h3>\n<p>Lasst uns mal kurz \u00fcber Wildreis plaudern: F\u00fcr Ern\u00e4rungsbewusste ist Wildreis eine gute Wahl denn\u00a0die langen, dunklen K\u00f6rner sind fettarm, reich an hochwertigem Eiwei\u00df und Vitaminen. Ich liebe ihn aufgrund seines nussigen Geschmacks welcher in diesem gef\u00fcllten K\u00fcrbis besonders gut zur Geltung kommt.<\/p>\n<p>Wildreis\u2014der \u00fcbrigens kein Reis sondern eine Grasart ist\u2014 z\u00e4hlte zu den wichtigsten Nahrungsmitteln vieler Ureinwohner Kanadas, welche diesen in ihren Kanus an Seen und Flussufern ernteten und f\u00fcr den Winter trockneten.<\/p>\n<p>Noch heute ernten die kanadischen First Nations auf traditionelle Art und Weise. Doch trotz moderner Anbaumethoden ist Wildreis deutlich teurer als normaler Reis. Deshalb auch die beliebten preisg\u00fcnstigen Mischungen von Wildreis mit Naturreis oder Basmati. Die Region gilt als das beste Anbaugebiet der Welt und da ich dort selbst ein halbes Jahr gelebt habe kann ich euch das sogar mal pers\u00f6nlich best\u00e4tigen. {Keine bezahlte Werbung, sondern meine Herzensempfehlung}<\/p>\n<h3>Kochtipps f\u00fcr dieses K\u00fcrbis Rezept:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vor dem Kochen sollte Wildreis immer kalt abgesp\u00fclt werden. Gekocht wird er mit der dreifachen Menge Wasser und etwas Salz. Bei schwacher Hitze dauert das etwa 45 bis 50 Minuten, bis er gar ist, bzw. wenn zwei Drittel der K\u00f6rner aufgesprungen sind.<\/li>\n<li>Zu viel F\u00fcllung? Macht einfach einen leckerern Reissalat indem ihr den Reis mit diesem <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/blumenkohl-linsen-salat-mit-tahini-dressing\/\">Tahini Dressing<\/a> vermischt.<\/li>\n<li>Ihr habt Wildreis \u00fcber?
