Neben <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/latin-fusion-sushi-mit-frischkaese-avocado-und-mango-jalapeno-topping\/\">dieser Sushi Rolle mit Frischk\u00e4se, Mango, Jalape\u00f1o und Avocado<\/a>, ist diese Vegane Inside-Out-Rolle zur Zeit mein absoluter Favorit. Ich finde jetzt, wo sich der Winter doch schon ziemlich in die L\u00e4nge zieht, sind Tropenfr\u00fcchte einfach Balsam f\u00fcr die Seele! Allen voran die Mango! Bei dem lieblichen Geschmack sonnengereifter Mango muss ich einfach an H\u00e4ngematte und t\u00fcrkisblaues Meer denken und diese feine Inside-Out Rolle transportiert mich direkt dort hin.<\/p>\n<p>Die leckere\u00a0<strong>Vegane Sushi Rolle <\/strong>geht nicht nur super schnell, sondern ist auch gesund und vegan. Die F\u00fcllung dieser<strong> fruchtigen Sushi Rolle<\/strong> besteht aus frischer Mango, knusprigem Panko und einer s\u00fc\u00dflich-scharfen Sriracha Mayonnaise. Hier wird die normale Reihenfolge auf den Kopf gestellt, sodass die Nori-Algenbl\u00e4tter die F\u00fcllung umschlie\u00dfen und der Reis als Au\u00dfenh\u00fclle dient. Die Au\u00dfenseite l\u00e4sst sich dann super mit Sesamk\u00f6rnern verzieren. Ich finde f\u00fcr unsere Mango Rolle sieht das richtig h\u00fcbsch aus. Wer sich gesund ern\u00e4hren m\u00f6chte, der ist bei Sushi an der richtigen Stelle. Sushi ist deshalb so empfehlenswert, da es nur wenig Kalorien und Fett enth\u00e4lt und daf\u00fcr aber lange s\u00e4ttigen kann ohne zu schwer im Magen zu liegen. Nat\u00fcrlich ist nicht jedes Sushi gleicherma\u00dfen gut f\u00fcr uns und im Restaurant kommt man oft schwer in Versuchung. Dass die doppelt frittierte Nutella-Bananen Rolle jetzt nicht unbedingt die gr\u00fcne Ampel bekommt, ist eh klar aber ist das Sushi Men\u00fc mal aufgeschlagen und zieht der Duft von Tempura erst mal an uns vorbei, dann wird der gesunde Sushi-Lunch gerne mal zum Cheat-Treat. Es hat einfach Unterhaltungswert, wenn ihr nette Menschen um euch herum versammelt und gemeinsam F\u00fcllungen zubereitet, Sushi-Ingwer stibitzt und mit klebenden Reisk\u00f6rnern k\u00e4mpft.<\/p>\n<p>Lasst euch auch bitte nicht von der L\u00e4nge des Rezeptes abschrecken! Ich gehe relativ ausf\u00fchrlich auf die<strong> Sushi-Reis-Zubereitung<\/strong> ein, da mit der richtigen Textur des Reises alles steht und f\u00e4llt. Sushi-Reis enth\u00e4lt extrem viel St\u00e4rke, die sich beim Kochen als dickfl\u00fcssige klebrige Masse bemerkbar machen w\u00fcrde. Um die \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige St\u00e4rke, die an der Au\u00dfenh\u00fclle klebt, loszuwerden, w\u00e4scht man den Reis mit kaltem klarem Wasser. Am besten gibt man dazu die gew\u00fcnschte Menge Reis in ein Gef\u00e4\u00df, f\u00fcllt es mit kaltem Wasser auf, durchmengt den Reis gut mit den H\u00e4nden und kippt das tr\u00fcbe Wasser wieder ab. Diesen Vorgang wiederholt man nun noch zweimal.<\/p><p><br><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Nun zum Kochen! Das Verh\u00e4ltnis Reis zu Wasser sollte 1:1,2 betragen! Wir geben bei einer Tasse Reis also 1,2 Tassen Wasser (1 1\/4 cups) mit in den Topf! Jetzt kocht man den Reis ohne Deckel einmal auf, l\u00e4sst ihn 30 Sekunden kochen und schiebt den Topf dann mit geschlossenem Deckel auf eine Herdplatte mit niedriger Hitze. Dort quillt er etwa 12 bis 15 Minuten zu Ende, bis er die gesamte Wassermenge aufgesogen hat \u2013 w\u00e4hrenddessen sollte man den Deckel NIE abnehmen.<\/p><p>Im Anschluss nimmt man den Topf vom Herd und l\u00e4sst den Reis nochmal 10 Minuten mit aufgelegtem Deckel stehen. Mit einem gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffel nimmt man den Reis nun aus dem Topf und gibt ihn in eine gro\u00dfe flache Schale, dabei sollte man unbedingt darauf achten, dass nicht zu viele Reisk\u00f6rner zerdr\u00fcckt werden.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Die klassische und traditionelle W\u00fcrzmischung f\u00fcr Sushi-Reis besteht aus Reisessig, Zucker und Salz. F\u00fcr eine Tasse Reis kocht man 2 EL Reisessig mit 1 El Mirin (optional), 1 EL Zucker und 1 TL Salz auf. Sobald man den Reis aus dem Topf und in eine Sch\u00fcssel \u00fcbergesiedelt hat, wird diese W\u00fcrzmischung \u00fcber den hei\u00dfen Reis getr\u00e4ufelt und vorsichtig untergehoben.
