Reis mit 350 ml Wasser und \u00be Tl Salz in einen Topf geben und auf mittelhoher Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Die Temperatur auf niedrig schalten, den Deckel auflegen und Reis f\u00fcr ca. 11 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Nach Ablauf der Kochzeit den Topf einfach beiseite stellen und den Deckel dabei aufgelegt lassen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Fenchelsamen, Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen, Senfsamen, Kardamom und Schwarzk\u00fcmmel in die kleine Pfanne geben und auf mittlerer Hitze ohne Fett ca. 1 bis 1,5 Minuten r\u00f6sten, bis sie zu duften beginnen. Gew\u00fcrze aus der Pfanne nehmen und in der Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle oder dem M\u00f6rser fein mahlen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Cashew N\u00fcsse ebenfalls in der M\u00fchle oder einer K\u00fcchenmaschine zu einem feinen Puder mahlen<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und grob w\u00fcrfeln bzw. hacken. Ingwer in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Chili halbieren, die Kerne entfernen und ebenfalls grob hacken. Alles in der K\u00fcchenmaschine zu einer feinen Paste p\u00fcrieren. Tomate waschen und in feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>2 El Pflanzen\u00f6l in der mittelgro\u00dfen Pfanne auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen. Die getrocknete Chilischote hineingeben und anr\u00f6sten lassen, bis sie braun wird. Zwiebelpaste in die Pfanne geben und ca. 2 Minuten anr\u00f6sten lassen, bis der rohe Geruch verschwindet.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Tomatenw\u00fcrfel sowie Chili und Koriander und die Mango Pickles zugeben und alles weitere 2 Minuten anbraten lassen, bis der Pfanneninhalt einer Paste gleicht. Gemahlene N\u00fcsse zugeben und 2 Minute weiterbraten lassen. Nun Gew\u00fcrze aus Schritt 1 hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Kichererbsenmehl mit in die Pfanne geben und alles gut verr\u00fchren, bis das Mehl komplett verschwunden ist. Joghurt hinzuf\u00fcgen und sofort gut r\u00fchren. 1 Tasse Wasser hinzugie\u00dfen und weiterr\u00fchren, bis das Curry andickt. Die Hitze herunterschalten, je 1 Tl Salz und Zucker in die Pfanne geben und alles ca. 5 Minuten unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Paneer in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in die Pfanne geben. Alles 2 Minuten weiterk\u00f6cheln lassen.
