Es geht nach Laos!<\/div>\n<h2>Chicken Larb &#8211; diesen einfachen gesunden Kr\u00e4uter H\u00e4hnchensalat aus Laos werdet ihr lieben!<\/h2>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0&#8221; Haben Sie schon gegessen? &#8220;Das ist in Laos eine g\u00e4ngige Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsformel. Ohne Witz &#8211; das ist mein Land!<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Essen geh\u00f6rt hier tats\u00e4chlich zu den wichtigsten T\u00e4tigkeiten im Leben eines Menschen.<\/div>\n<div>Deswegen ist hier Fast-Food ein absolut unverst\u00e4ndliches Konzept!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Der Verzehr einer Mahlzeit sollte stets mit geb\u00fchrender Achtung, Zeit und Bewu\u00dftsein geschehen.<\/div>\n<div>Eine weitere Grundregel ist, dass man niemals allein essen sollte, da ein geteiltes Mahl nicht nur \u00a0besser schmeckt, sondern uns auch noch viel besser bekommt.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Die laotische K\u00fcche wurde &#8211; im Zentrum S\u00fcdostasiens gelegen &#8211; von Indien und Kambodscha und auch von China und Vietnam beeinflu\u00dft. Sie \u00e4hnelt in vielen Dingen der Thai-K\u00fcche, wobei sie sich allerdings auch viele Eigenheiten bewahrt hat.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>So essen die Lao mit jeder Mahlzeit Klebreis, eine aromatisch duftende und sehr nahrhafte Reissorte, die von den Lao seit Jahrhunderten angebaut wird.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Der sogenannte Sticky Rice gilt als ein von der Mutter Erde ( Nang Tholanii) geschenktes und heiliges Element. Low Carb geht hier also gar nicht und eine Bestellung &#8220;ohne Reis&#8221;, ist als w\u00fcrdest du im Hofbr\u00e4uhaus Wei\u00dfw\u00fcrste ohne s\u00fc\u00dfen Senf bestellen.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ein typisch laotisches Gericht ist Larb aka. &#8220;L\u00e0ap&#8221;. Dabei handelt es sich um einen gesunden, erfrischenden Salat aus Fleisch oder Fisch, der mit Limettensaft, Knoblauch, ger\u00f6stetem Klebreis, Zwiebeln, Minze und Chili verfeinert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Larb bzw. L\u00e0ap wird meist in gro\u00dfen Salatbl\u00e4ttern serviert.
