Es lebe die neue ZDF Mediathek! \u00a0Auf ganz unspektakul\u00e4re Weise war unser Tag der Verliebten also absolut wunderbar. Wenn es euch heute geht, wie mir, dann k\u00f6nnt ihr vielleicht\u00a0eine kleine Schokopause gebrauchen! Oder auch etwas, das den Schampus-Magen wieder etwas beruhigt! In beiden F\u00e4llen habe ich heute das perfekte Rezept f\u00fcr euch! Ein Jammer! Meiner Meinung nach sollte dieses leckere vegetarische Gericht auf jeden Fall mindestens so bekannt sein wie <em>Butter Chicken<\/em> und <em>Tikka Masala<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\">Als <em>Kadhi<\/em> bezeichnet man ein cremiges, mit Kichererbsenmehl angedicktes Curry auf Joghurtbasis. Ohja, hier tun wir der Figur mal was Gutes, indem wir dem Dickmacher Kokosmilch mal eine Auszeit geben. Joghurt macht Curries n\u00e4mlich genauso cremig und bei dieser Art der Zubereitung gerinnt die Sauce bestimmt nicht. Ich liebe die leichte S\u00e4ure, diesen gewissen Schmelz und die Milde, die das Curry durch den Joghurt bekommt.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\">So fein die Joghurt Sauce auch alleine sein mag, eine leckere Einlage braucht es dennoch! Und die k\u00f6nnte gar nicht raffinierter sein. In unserem <em>Kadhi<\/em> t\u00fcmmeln sich n\u00e4mlich kleine, selbstgemachte Spinat Pakoras ! Pakoras, genau! Die kennt ihr doch von dem Vorspeisen Men\u00fc eures Lieblings-Inders! Genialerweise sind diese knusprigen Gem\u00fcse Fritter ganz einfach zuhause nachzukochen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich gebe sie etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten vor dem Serviergong mit in den Topf und lasse sie noch etwas mitkochen. Ich finde, das gibt dem Curry nochmal extra Schmackes und ich mag meine Kl\u00f6\u00dfchen auch eher soft. Ihr k\u00f6nnt einfach beides probieren! Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren mit dem Schneebesen, essl\u00f6ffelweise lauwarmes Wasser zugeben bis ein dicker Teig entsteht (ca. 5-6 El). Circa 2 Minute mit dem Schneebesen kr\u00e4ftig schlagen, bis der Teig fluffiger wird. Mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel Portionen abstechen und in das hei\u00dfe \u00d6l gleiten lassen. Die Pakoras ca. 2 Minuten frittieren bis sie von beiden Seiten goldbraun sind.
