Oder besser gesagt, f\u00fcr das, was wir in Deutschland\u00a0aus der Chinesischen K\u00fcche gemacht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Der Chinese um die Ecke&#8230;da muss ich sofort an verkaterte All-you-can-Eat Gelage, an Plastiktischdecken und\u00a0Aquarien mit apatischen, bleichen Goldfischen denken. An Essen mit Nummern,\u00a0wohinter sich meist Mischmasch S\u00fc\u00dfsauer verbirgt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich habe hier in Kanada chinesisches Essen komplett neu f\u00fcr mich entdeckt. Immer frisch, \u00a0scharf und w\u00fcrzig, und doch so bek\u00f6mmlich.<\/p>\n<p>Einer meiner Favouriten der chinesischen K\u00fcche ist und bleibt einfach \u00a0Chow Mein &#8211; \u00a0Denn mal ehrlich: Gebratene Gem\u00fcse Nudeln in s\u00fc\u00df-salziger Sauce , das ist einfach Seelenfutter. Und mit meiner Liebe bin ich nicht allein!<\/p>\n<p>Die urspr\u00fcnglich\u00a0kantonesische Nudelpfanne ist mittlerweile\u00a0wohl das meist bestellte Gericht in jedem chinesischen Restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Jede Region Chinas, aber auch jedes Land au\u00dferhalb Asiens hat dieses Nudelgericht den lokalen Geschm\u00e4ckern angepasst.<\/p>\n<p>Die nordamerikanische Version besteht aus in der Fritteuse knusprig gebratenen Nudeln mit Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse. Beim chinesischen Original und auch in meinem Chow Mein Rezept sind die Nudeln dagegen weich.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Schnell gemacht,\u00a0 vegetarisch und um vieles ges\u00fcnder als das Chow Mein vom Lieferservice! Probiert es aus!<\/h2>\n<p>Mein heutiges Rezept ist f\u00fcr ein 100 % vegetarisches Chow Mein. Das Gericht wird im Restaurant oft mit H\u00fchnchen oder gebratenem Ei aufgepeppt. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde die vegetarische Version recht f\u00fcllend und kann bei diesem Chow Mein auf jegliches Firlefanz verzichten!<\/p>\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt das Rezept nat\u00fcrlich trotzdem carnophil umgestalten. Das authentische Rezept setzt Gem\u00fcse-technisch auf Kohl, Shiitake Pilze, Sprossen und Karotten.
