Richtig sch\u00f6n reife Mangos zu bekommen ist allerdings&nbsp;schwierig. Gl\u00fccklicherweise gibt es aber ab und an diese Gl\u00fccksf\u00e4lle wie neulich, als es im Canadian Superstore einfach mal ganze Kisten superreifer Mangos zum Sonderpreis gab.<\/p>\n<p>Wir schlugen voll zu und kamen mit 2 Kisten Mangos nach Hause. Aus Gr\u00fcnden. Was haben wir uns bei unserem 2-Personen-Haushalt nur dabei gedacht?<\/p>\n<p>Nun, Grund genug mal wieder jene Rezepte rauszuholen, die ich sonst nur im Urlaub, bei \u00fcber 30 Grad, zubereite. An Orten, wo Reis und Mangos aus klimatischen und geographischen Gr\u00fcnden automatisch auf die&nbsp;erste Stufe unserer Urlaubs-Nahrungspyramide r\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<h2>Mein veganer indischer Reis-Salat mit Mango und Limettendressing ist das perfekte leichte Sommer-Gericht !<\/h2>\n<p>Dieser indisch angehauchte Reis-Salat mit Mango, Gurken, jeder Menge frischem Koriander und einem sommerlichen Limette Dressing ist eines dieser Rezepte! Mein veganer Reis-Salat l\u00e4sst sich super Vorbereiten!<\/h3>\n<p>Der Indische Reis-Salat mit Mango und Limetten-Dressing kann gut im Voraus vorbereitet werden, sollte allerdings in einer gut verschlie\u00dfbaren Dose im K\u00fchlschrank gelagert werden. Im K\u00fchlschrank h\u00e4lt er sich gut so verpackt ca. 2 Tage.<\/p>\n<p>Wer gerne schon f\u00fcrs B\u00fcro-Mittagsessen der n\u00e4chsten Tage vorkocht, ist hier also beim richtigen Rezept gelandet.<\/p>\n<p>Wir essen den veganen Reis-Salat meist als Hauptgericht mit etwas <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/sandwich-brot-mit-kokosmilch\/\">Kokosbrot<\/a> oder Naan.
