Tage, an denen trotz schlechter Vorhersage die Sonne strahlt und man sich spontan zu einem Sangria &amp; BBQ Gartenfest trifft. Tage an denen man beim Kaufen des Sangria Weines an der Kasse einfach mal spontan Konzertkarten f\u00fcr ein George Canyon Konzert gewinnt! In Calgary ist ja gerade Stampede und da steht meist die gesamte Country Szene Nordamerikas auf der Matte. Ich steh total auf Country, hasse aber hysterische Menschenaufl\u00e4ufe. Als ob jemand das Konzert komplett auf mich zugeschnitten h\u00e4tte war es dann einfach mal ein 40 Leute -Gig MIT\u00a0BUFFET ESSEN! Hab den grummelnden Mr. Kanada dann doch noch zu einem Photo gen\u00f6tigt. Breitestes Grinsen ever&#8230;h\u00e4t mir dabei fast das Gesicht gebrochen. Happy happy Kiki.<\/p>\n<p>So, als wir dann nach Hause kamen musste erst mal gefeiert werden und ich habe in weiser Voraussicht schon mal etwas vorgearbeitet. Es gibt unser beider lieblings H\u00fchnchengericht: Maple Lime &amp; Ginger Chicken! Zarte, perfekt gegarte H\u00fchnchenschenkel in einer sommerlichen Limetten Ingwer Marinade! Am Morgen bereitet ihr einfach die Marinade zu und legt euer H\u00e4hnchenfleisch hinein! Ich nehme f\u00fcr dieses Rezept am liebsten\u00a0ausgel\u00f6ste H\u00e4hnchenschenkel mit Haut und ohne Knochen!<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe einfach die knusprige leicht karamellisierte Haut. Doch wer zwecks Kalorien etc sein H\u00fchnchen lieber ohne Haut isst, kann das Rezept trotzdem wie beschrieben zubereiten. Die Zutaten daf\u00fcr haben wir meist sowieso im Haus! Ahornsirup f\u00fcr Pancakes, Limetten f\u00fcr Margaritas &#8230;.was man halt so braucht. Statt frischem Ingwer habe ich f\u00fcr dieses Rezept den Minced Ginger, also geriebenen Bio Ingwer aus dem Glas von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/gp\/offer-listing\/B00MQ6B9EC\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1638&amp;creative=6742&amp;creativeASIN=B00MQ6B9EC&amp;linkCode=am2&amp;tag=cinncori-21\" rel=\"nofollow\">THE GINGER PEOPLE<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"https:\/\/ir-de.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=cinncori-21&amp;l=am2&amp;o=3&amp;a=B00MQ6B9EC\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/>\u00a0verwendet &#8211; ein Familienunternehmen, das sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf Ingwerprodukte spezialisiert. Das schmeckt man meiner Meinung auch. Bei der Zubereitung des H\u00fchnchens gibt es zwei Varianten. Einmal mit Marinade gebacken f\u00fcr die so\u00dfigere Version und einmal ohne Marinade gebacken f\u00fcr ein knusprigeres H\u00fchnchen! Die Restmarinade in einem Topf erhitzen und einkochen lassen und das H\u00fchnchen gleich zu Beginn der Backzeit mit etwas Sauce bepinseln, dann nach H\u00e4lfte der Backzeit wenden und dann noch mal mit etwas Marinade bestreichen. Die Garzeit h\u00e4ngt von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eurer Fleischst\u00fccke ab. Generell gilt eine Innentemperatur von ca 70 Grad als total sicher.
