Erst viel zu weich und dann pl\u00f6tzlich steinhart und voller gro\u00dfer Kristalle&#8230;kurzum einfach nicht zu vergleichen mit dem Stoff aus der Eisdiele!<\/p>\n<p>Nun ich hab eine gute Nachricht f\u00fcr euch. Vor einem Jahr habe ich in <a href=\"\/\/www.amazon.de\/gp\/offer-listing\/3865287557\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1638&amp;creative=6742&amp;creativeASIN=3865287557&amp;linkCode=am2&amp;tag=cinncori-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">diesem Buch <\/a>eine neue Art&nbsp;Eisbasis f\u00fcr mich entdeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesem revolution\u00e4ren Rezept von Jenny B. Bauer kommt man sogar um Eigelb und Wasserbad herum! Hier&nbsp;wird Milch und Sahne mit Glukosesirup (den gibts <a href=\"\/\/www.amazon.de\/gp\/offer-listing\/B005QW0IN6\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1638&amp;creative=6742&amp;creativeASIN=B005QW0IN6&amp;linkCode=am2&amp;tag=cinncori-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">hier<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"https:\/\/ir-de.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=cinncori-21&amp;l=am2&amp;o=3&amp;a=B005QW0IN6\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\">&nbsp;zu bestellen) &nbsp;gekocht, dann kommt St\u00e4rke dazu und etwas Frischk\u00e4se.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Runde k\u00fchlen, dann die Aromaten rein und ab in die Eismaschine! Super cremiges Rhabarbereis, auch nach vielen Stunden im Gefrierfach.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Auf die Rhabarber Eis Idee bin ich neulich auf einem Tagesausflug nach Cochrane geto\u00dfen. Der dort befindliche Mac Kay&#8217;s Ice Cream Parlour ist eine der besten Eis Adressen hier in Kanada! Da gab es ein ungeheuer leckeres Erdbeer Rhabarber Eis!<\/p>\n<p>Zuhause angekommen habe ich meine Lieblings Eiscreme Basis dann kurzerhand in ein pastel pinkfarbenes, zartschmelzendes Rhabarber Eis verwandelt!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"675\" height=\"1200\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3095\" title=\"Rhabarber Eis\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/rhabarber-eiscreme-rezept.jpg\" alt=\"rhabarber eiscreme rezept\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/rhabarber-eiscreme-rezept.jpg 675w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/rhabarber-eiscreme-rezept-84x150.jpg 84w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Rhabarbereis kann man einfach selber machen<\/h2>\n<p>Dazu kochen wir frischen Rhabarber mit Vanille und Zucker zu einer Art Marmelade ein. Die Marmelade allein ist schon ein Tr\u00e4umchen!<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00fchling im Glas, sag ich nur!<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber Nacht k\u00fchlen wir Eisbasis und Kompott, damit alles schon kalt ist. Jetzt nur nicht schwach werden und die Marmelade zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck vernaschen.<\/p>\n<p>Nein, denn nun mischen wir einfach die Rhabarbermarmelade mit der Eiscreme Basis und schwupp ist unsere Rhabarber Eismasse fertig! Das ist wirklich Eisdielen Qualit\u00e4t! Fett ist ein wichtiger Geschmackstr\u00e4ger und&nbsp;macht dein Rhabarber Eis&nbsp;noch&nbsp;cremiger. Verwende auf jeden Fall immer vollfette Milchprodukte. Zucker beeinflusst die Konsistenz der fertigen Eiscreme auch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Auch nach einer Nacht im Gefrierfach noch soft und portionierbar. Meine Eismaschine hat ein Limit von 500 ml weshalb ich das Rhabarber Eis in 2 Portionen zubereitet habe. Dazwischen habe ich meinen Eis Beh\u00e4lter kurz ins Gefrierfach gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Wer gern Eis macht, dem rate ich zu einer <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3LDdhdm\" rel=\"nofollow\">Eismaschine mit Kompressor.<\/a> Ich nutzte f\u00fcr dieses Rezept den <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/37QlOeE\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ice Cream Maker von Cuisinart<\/a> welcher aber auch ohne Kompressor super gut funktioniert! Die Textur ist unglaublich cremig und zartschmelzend und einfach das beste selbtgemachte Eis!<\/p>\n<p>Probiert es &nbsp;am besten gleich selbst aus! Wahrscheinlich habt ihr bis auf den Glukosesirup sogar schon alle Zutaten im Haus!<\/p>\n<p>Wer von dieser Eiscreme Basis genauso begeistert ist wie ich, den k\u00f6nnte auch mein Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/kokos-eis-mit-kardamom\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Kokos Basmati Reis Eis<\/a> interessieren! aufkochen lassen, den Topfdeckel auflegen und bei mittlerer Hitze 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Deckel abnehmen, mit dem P\u00fcrierstab glatt p\u00fcrieren und nochmal ca 10 Minuten einkochen lassen, bis eine Marmelade entsteht. In eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen, mit Folie bedecken und im K\u00fchlschrank erkalten lassen<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">F\u00fcr die Eisbasis 50 bis 60 ml Milch mit der St\u00e4rke anr\u00fchren und restl. Milch mit Zucker Sahne, Sirup und Salz in einem Topf aufkochen lassen. 4 Minuten kochen lassen, dann die St\u00e4rkemilch einr\u00fchren und 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln bzw eindicken lassen. Dabei gut r\u00fchren.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Den Frischk\u00e4se in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit ca 6 bis 7 El der hei\u00dfen Milch cremig schlagen. Das fertige Rhabarber Eis in einen Container geben. Ich nehme oft meine Kasten Form oder einen alten Eisbeh\u00e4lter.
