Was gibt es da sch\u00f6neres als sich mit einem St\u00fcck Apple Pie und einem Pumpkin Spice Latte auf die Couch zu l\u00fcmmeln ? &nbsp;Apple Pie gibt es bei uns eigentlich das ganze Jahr denn das ist Mr. Kanadas&#8217; Lieblingsnachtisch. Ach, was sag ich. Sein Lieblings Essen. Besonders diese Variante, denn hier kommt seine n\u00e4chste Schw\u00e4che ins Spiel. EINE OFFENBARUNG! Salzkaramell und \u00c4pfel &#8211; das geh\u00f6rt einfach zusammen. Damit eure F\u00fcllung nicht zu w\u00e4ssrig wird ist es zuerst mal wichtig die richtigen \u00c4pfel zu nehmen. Ich rate euch zu Granny Smith, Boskop und Golden Delicious! Lasst die vorbereitete Apple Pie F\u00fcllung etwas stehen, damit die gezuckerten \u00c4pfel etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit verlieren. Damit aus dem Salzkaramell auch Rosmarinkaramell wird, kocht&nbsp;ihr die ben\u00f6tigte Sahne erst mit 2 Zweigen Rosmarin auf.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pie Crust bereitet ihr nach meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/der-beste-pie-teig\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rezept f\u00fcr den besten Pie Teig<\/a> zu! Das Rezept funktioniert einfach immer und ihr bekommt die leckerste, knusprigste Kruste!<\/p>\n<p>Meiner Meinung sieht der Salted Rosemary Caramel Apple Pie mit einem Teiggitter besonders lecker aus, &#8211; besonders wenn man ihn frisch aus dem Ofen holt und man das Rosmarin Karamell unter dem Gitter blubbern sieht! Den Rosmarin entfernen und nochmal abmessen. Sollte zuviel Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdampft sein, die fehlende Menge mit Sahne aufgie\u00dfen.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Eine H\u00e4lfte des Pie Teigs nach der Ruhezeit ausrollen. Zielt auf einen Durchmesser von ca 30 cm. Rollt den Teig \u00fcber euer Nudelholz und gebt ihn in eure Pie Form. Der Teig sollte gut 2 cm \u00fcber den Formrand \u00fcberstehen. Faltet den \u00dcberschuss nach Innen (unter den Teig). Stellt die Form k\u00fchl w\u00e4hrend ihr die F\u00fcllung vorbereitet.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Heize den Ofen auf 200 Grad vor.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung sch\u00e4lst und entkernst du die \u00c4pfel und schneidet sie ihn d\u00fcnne Spalten. Gib den Saft von 2 Zitronen zu den Spalten. Mische Mehl, Zucker und Gew\u00fcrze und gib diese Mischung zu den \u00c4pfeln. Teigh\u00e4lfte aus dem K\u00fchlschrank. Streue einen El Zucker und 1 El Mehl auf den Boden des Pies. Das verhindert, dass der Boden durchweicht.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Wir geben nun je abwechselnd eine Schicht \u00c4pfel (ca 1\/3 der Gesamtmenge OHNE die Fl\u00fcssigkeit) und ein paar El Karamell in die Form. Jede Apfelschicht sollte mit ca 3 bis 4 El Karamell besprenkelt werden. Schlie\u00dft mit Karamell ab. Reste k\u00f6nnt ihr beim Servieren zusammen mit dem Pie reichen oder kurz vor dem Backen noch ein paar El \u00fcber das Gitter sprenkeln.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Rolle die 2. Teigh\u00e4lfte aus und schneide sie in Streifen. Bilde mit den Teigstreifen ein Gitter ( Bilder Tutorial siehe Link im Flie\u00dftext ) und versiegle den Pie Rand mit einem Gabelr\u00fccken.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Bepinsle das Teiggitter und den Rand mit einem verquirlten Ei und bestreue den Pie mit etwas braunem Zucker und Seesalz. Backe f\u00fcr ca 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad uns schalte dann den Ofen auf 175 Grad herunter. Backe f\u00fcr weitere 25 bis 35 Minuten. Beides h\u00e4lt sich im K\u00fchrschrank ein paar Tage. Beachte dass der Pie nach dem Backen ca 2 Stunden suhen muss damit sich das Karamell setzt und er in saubere St\u00fccke geschnitten werden kann. Wenn ich den Pie Abends servieren will backe ich ihn gleich in der Fr\u00fch.
