Dieses einfache cremige Porridge ist so lecker, dass es sogar eingefleischte Porridge Hasser konvertiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dass man auf Jamaika gerne Porridge isst wusste ich bis zu meinem Jamaika Urlaub gar nicht. Dass die Jamaikanische Interpretation des englischen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksklassikers geschmacklich ein absoluter Knaller ist muss ich euch an dieser Stelle wohl nicht gro\u00df erkl\u00e4ren. Auf Wunsch von Mr Kanada. DEM Haferflocken Hasser schlechthin, der j\u00fcngst wieder meine morgendliche Porridge Zubereitung f\u00fcr den Abt\u00f6rner schlechthin erkl\u00e4rt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geheimnis liegt, wie so oft, in der Sauce! Wir kochen unsere Haferflocken n\u00e4mlich in Milch, Kokosmilch und ges\u00fc\u00dfter Kondesmilch. Ohja, dieses Porridge hat schon fast Dessert Charakter! Aber Dessert zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ist in meinem Haushalt keineswegs die Ausnahme.<\/p>\n<p>Ein s\u00fc\u00dfes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck muss dar\u00fcber hinaus ja auch nicht ungesund sein. Statt der papps\u00fc\u00dfen ges\u00fc\u00dften Kondensmilch aus dem Supermarkt nehme ich selbstgemachte Kokos Kondensmilch.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>So macht man Vegane Zuckerfreie Kokosmilch Kondensmilch:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>800 g Kokosmilch&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 EL Erythritol&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 TL Vanille<\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten in einem Topf auf mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen, die Hitze reduzieren und auf 1\/3 der Menge einkochen lassen. Die Farbe beginnt sich gegen Ende etwas zu ver\u00e4ndern. Denn wir geben neben etwas Zimt und Vanille auch frisch geriebene Muskatnuss und eine Idee Rosenwasser zu unserem Kokos Porridge.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten bis auf Rosenwasser und Haferflocken werden ganz einfach in einem Topf erhitzt. Nun rein mit den kernigen Haferflocken. Lasst das Porridge bei niedriger Hitze k\u00f6cheln bis es sch\u00f6n andickt und r\u00fchrt dann das Rosenwasser ein.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Rosenwasser muss man vorsichtig sein. Ich nehme immer so etwa 1\/4 Tl und das reicht. Dann abschmecken und nach Geschmack noch etwas hinzuf\u00fcgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Als Topping habe ich mich f\u00fcr Birnen entschieden, denn die passen super zu dem Kokosaroma und den w\u00e4rmenden Gew\u00fcrzen. Gebt sie einfach roh auf euer Porridge. Oder ihr bepinselt sie mit einer Mischung aus Honig, Vanille und Zitronensaft und backt sie wie ich in Scheiben geschnitten bei 180 C f\u00fcr 15 bis 20 Minuten im Ofen. Leicht floral, doch eben auch w\u00fcrzig und nussig. SUCHTCHARAKTER ist das Wort, das ich wohl zuerst mit diesen Coconut Oats assoziieren w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Macht am besten gleich die doppelte Menge, dann habt ihr ein leckeres gesundes Porridge Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck f\u00fcr mehrere Tage. Das \u00fcbrige Kokosmilch Porridge einfach nach dem Kochen noch warm in eine Sch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen und mit Folie bedecken, damit sich keine Haut bildet.<\/p>\n<p>Das vegane Kokosmilch Porridge h\u00e4lt sich so mit Frischhaltefolie bedeckt locker 2 bis 3 Tage.
