Und das geht ganz hervorragend mit meinen Vegane Rote Bete Brownies. Brownies mit roter Beete? Das soll schmecken?? Jawohl! Die leckeren Brownies schmecken garantiert nicht beetig sonder eigentlich ganz genauso wie normale Schoko Brownies!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Idee, Rote Bete in meine Brownies zu integrieren, ist jetzt keine Revolution. Mit Roter Bete kann man ja soviel machen. Habt ihr meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/de\/protein-haferflocken-auflauf-mit-rote-bete\/\">Protein Oatmeal <\/a>mit Roter Beete probiert? LECKER. Auch in meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/de\/rote-bete-hummus-gesund-vegan\/\">Rote Bete Hummus<\/a> schmeckt das Gem\u00fcse genial. Ich mag die Power-R\u00fcben einfach.<\/p>\n<p>Was macht diese Brownies so besonders? Rote Bete-P\u00fcree macht sie mega saftig ohne dass man daf\u00fcr Massen an geschmolzener Schokolade mit hineinmischen muss. Vermische die feuchten Zutaten \u2013 Rote Bete P\u00fcree, Vanilleextrakt, Espresso Pulver, Apfelmus (oder p\u00fcrierte reife Bananen) und Kokos\u00f6l. Der Food Processor oder Mixer macht den Prozess m\u00fchelos. F\u00fcge dann das Leinsamen-Ei, Ahornsirup und Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker hinzu. Das war&#8217;s!<\/li>\n<li>In einer separaten gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel werden die trockenen Zutaten vermischt \u2013 glutenfreies Hafermehl, Mandelmehl, Kakaopulver, Backpulver und eine Prise Salz. Diese Mischung wird dann sanft mit den feuchten Zutaten zu einer glatten Masse vermischt, bevor Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen eingearbeitet werden.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Den Boden einer quadratischen Springform oder Brownie Form mit Backpapier auslegen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Nun in die vorbereitete Form f\u00fcllen und 30-35 Minuten im auf 180 \u2103 vorgeheizten Backofen, und schon verbreitet sich der verlockende Duft von frisch gebackenen Brownies. Check nach 30 Minuten und wenn sie an der Oberfl\u00e4che noch feucht sind, lasse sie noch ein paar Minuten l\u00e4nger backen. Lass sie in der Form auf einem Rost abk\u00fchlen. Dann aus der Form nehmen und in St\u00fccke schneiden und servieren. Ich rate euch sogar dazu sie noch eine Runde in den K\u00fchlschrank zu stellen. Lagere sie am besten in einer Dose.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Wer m\u00f6chte kann den Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker durch Erythrit ersetzen. Ich mag gerne Erythrit mit Vanille. Das ist auch ganz lecker zum Best\u00e4uben von Kuchen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Man kann die Brownies Alternativ auch mit Ei machen. Dazu das Leinsamen Ei mit 2 Eiern ersetzen.<\/li>\n<li>Werden sie zu schnell braun? Man kann nach der H\u00e4lfter der Backzeit die Form mit Backpapier abdecken und fertig backen.<\/li>\n<li>Ihr m\u00f6gt keine dunkle Schokolade? Nehmt wei\u00dfe Schokolade.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ihr k\u00f6nnt vorgekochte rote Bete verwenden oder gebackene rote Beeten.<\/li>\n<li>Ich mache die Brownies in einer mit Backpapier ausgelegter Brownie Form (20 cm). Falls du keine quadratische springform hast, kann man auch Muffins F\u00f6rmchen nehmen. Dann die Backzeit um die H\u00e4lfte reduzieren.
