Proppevoll mit frischem Gem\u00fcse, super einfach selbst zu kochen und irgendwie auch einfach mal was anderes als Tomatensuppe. H\u00f6rt sich gut an, oder?<\/p>\n<h2>Tomaten Paprikasuppe &#8211; Vegan, einfach, cremig<\/h2>\n<p>Ohja, es geht nichts \u00fcber eine w\u00e4rmende, wohlschmeckende vegane Tomaten Paprikasuppe. Allein schon die Farbe. Einfach und ohne viel Aufwand gekocht, super wohltuend, mega cremig aber doch leicht im Bauch.<\/p>\n<p>Perfekt f\u00fcr eben diese grauen Wintertage, an denen man sich am liebsten nur noch in einer Decke auf dem Sofa einkuscheln m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Paprikasuppe ist meine momentane Lieblingssuppe. Ich liebe schon immer Paprika (probiert meine <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/de\/paprika-pasta-nudeln-mit-paprikasosse\/\">Nudeln mit Paprikasosse<\/a> und diese <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/de\/instant-pot-roasted-red-pepper-sauce\/\">vegane Paprikasauce<\/a> zu Nudeln) und Tomatensuppen rufen bei mir immer Kindheitserinnerungen wach. Heute habe ich ein einfachen Rezept f\u00fcr eine Suppe aus ger\u00f6steten Paprika und Tomaten. So fein wie Omas Tomatensuppe aber noch ein wenig verfeinert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Zubereitung ist ansich super einfach, erfordert jedoch knapp 40 Minuten Zeit da das Gem\u00fcse im Ofen r\u00f6sten muss. Dadurch bekommt selbst der langweiligste Paprika und die blasseste Tomate einen tollen und super intensiven Geschmack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Paprika, Tomaten und Knoblauch werden im Ofen mit Oliven\u00f6l gebacken, bis die ber\u00fchmten R\u00f6staromen entstehen, die diese Suppe so besonders gut machen. W\u00e4hrend die Paprika und frischen Tomaten im Backofen sind, k\u00f6nnen Croutons zubereitet werden. Dazu einfach dein Lieblingsbrot w\u00fcrfeln und mit etwas Chili in Oliven\u00f6l knusprig braten. Easy!<\/p>\n<p>Die Paprika und Tomaten zusammen mit Knoblauch und den Gew\u00fcrzen und etwas Br\u00fche und \/ oder Kokosmilch dann noch flott p\u00fcriert und nochmals aufgekocht. Schon steht eine wohlige Suppe auf dem Tisch. Wenn du die Suppe Abends zubereitest kann ich dir empfehlen, die Schale der Paprika nach dem Backen zu entfernen. So ist die Suppe einfacher zu verdauen.<\/p>\n<h2>Verfeinert die vegane Suppe mit Sojasahne oder Kokosmilch:<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine Cremige Paprikasuppe ersetzt ihr die H\u00e4lfte der Br\u00fche durch Kokosmilch oder Sojasahne. Die Farbe wird dadurch etwas heller. Ganz zum Schluss geben wie dann nochmal etwas Sojasahne oder Cashew Creme mit dazu. Die Cashew Sahne \/ Creme kann man selber machen mit meinem Rezept f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/de\/vegan-sour-cream-recipe\/\">vegane saure Sahne<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21353 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/vegan-tomato-red-pepper-soup-1.jpg\" alt=\"Cremige vegane Tomatensuppe mit Paprika\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Tomaten Paprikasuppe\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/vegan-tomato-red-pepper-soup-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/vegan-tomato-red-pepper-soup-1-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/vegan-tomato-red-pepper-soup-1-360x540.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die vegane Paprikasuppe mit ger\u00f6steten Tomaten ist f\u00fcr mich nicht unbedingt nur eine Vorspeise sondern eignet sich meiner Meinung nach mit einem Baguette auch wunderbar als vollwertige Mahlzeit, da sie sehr s\u00e4ttigend is<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tipps<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Das R\u00f6sten des Knoblauchs zusammen mit dem Gem\u00fcse hilft dabei, die nat\u00fcrliche Sch\u00e4rfe des Knoblauchs zu reduzieren und der Suppe insgesamt einen besseren Geschmack zu verleihen<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Wenn du eine cremige Suppe m\u00f6chtest, ersetze 250 ml Br\u00fche durch Kokosmilch<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Das richtige W\u00fcrzen mit Salz und Pfeffer vor dem Braten macht einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied! Nur nicht zu sch\u00fcchtern.<\/li>\n<li>Ich empfehle, diese Suppe in einem Standmixer zu p\u00fcrieren, da dies die cremigsten Ergebnisse liefert. Gl\u00fccklicherweise sind die hier verwendeten Zutaten ziemlich weich, so dass selbst ein billiger Standmixer gut funktionieren sollte<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du hier Kokosmilch verwenden schmeckt die Suppe dann etwas kokosnussig. Wer das nicht mag kann eine neutrale pflanzliche Milch oder Sojasahne verwenden.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Was Kokosmilch angeht kauft ich&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3mxdgvn\" rel=\"sponsored\">diese Marke<\/a>&nbsp;denn die hat zuverl\u00e4ssig einen hohen Anteil Kokoscreme.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Wenn du anstelle eines Stabmixers einen Hochleistungs &#8211; Mixer verwendest, denke daran, dass der Deckel wahrscheinlich nicht sehr gut gegen gro\u00dfe Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmengen abdichtet.
