Mein Rezept f\u00fcr vegane Scones ist super einfach und die s\u00fc\u00dfen Teilchen machen sich einfach super zum Sonntagsbrunch. Toll f\u00fcr Ostern oder den Muttertag.<\/p>\n<p>Scones sind ein typisch englisches Geb\u00e4ck, dass gerne zur tea time serviert wird. Da es daf\u00fcr im Supermarkt keinen veganen Ersatz gibt, machen wir uns die vegane Clotted Cream einfach selbst. Die Milch und Vanille vermischen. Datteln und N\u00fcsse hacken. Das Kokos\u00f6l mit den Fingern in das Mehl reiben, bis eine sandige Mischung entsteht. Dann ist der Teig schon fertig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Achtet darauf dass das Kokos\u00f6l fest ist, aber nicht hart &#8211; also auf Raumtemperatur. Im Sommer m\u00fcsst ihr euer<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/38bewMC\"> Kokos\u00f6l<\/a> eventuell 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank geben, dann durchr\u00fchren und noch etwas bei Zimmertemperatur stehen lassen. Man kann sie auch mit runden Ausstecher ausstechen aber dann m\u00fcsst ihr die Reste wieder zusammen kneten und ausrollen. Die zweite Runde wird dann nicht ganz so fluffig und lecker, also mache ich meine Scones lieber wie oben abgebildet. Nehmt ein scharfes, gro\u00dfes Messer zum Schneiden. Kokos Creme die cremige Paste, die sich in einer gek\u00fchlten Dose Kokosmilch an der Oberfl\u00e4che abgesetzt hat. Nicht zu verwechseln mit ges\u00fc\u00dfter Creamed Coconut, die man eher zum Mischen von Cocktails verwendet. Die Kokoscreme kann man mittlerweile auch<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2ToKqzI\"> in Dosen kaufen<\/a>. Ein bisschen Salz dazu und etwas Puderzucker (oder <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2x1ZxYr\">Puderxucker<\/a>). Probiert doch mal folgende Kombinationen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pistazien und dunkle Schokolade<\/li>\n<li>Kandierter Ingwer und Kokosflocken&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne,&nbsp; Mini Apfelst\u00fccke und Zimt (serviert mit Clotted Cream und ein paar Spritzern K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l)<\/li>\n<li>gehacktes Studentenfutter<\/li>\n<li>Haseln\u00fcsse und Rosinen&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Cranberries und Waln\u00fcsse&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr herzhafte Scones, einfach den Zucker im Teig weglassen und gerne etwas <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2wf04WC\">N\u00e4hrhefe (Hefeflocken)<\/a> mit in den Teig geben. Reste kann man halbieren und im Toaster anw\u00e4rmen oder kurz in die Mikrowelle packen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Sehr lecker schmecken die Scones auch mit veganer <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/32FaXNj\">Cashew Butter.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Das Kokos\u00f6l sollte auf Raumtemperatur sein &#8211; l\u00f6ffelbar. Im Sommer m\u00fcsst ihr es eventuell in den K\u00fchlschrank geben, dann durchr\u00fchren, nochmal kurz k\u00fchlen, wieder durchr\u00fchren. Es sollte nicht fl\u00fcssig sein.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Schneidet eure Scones mit einem gro\u00dfen, scharfen K\u00fcchenmesser in raschen, entschiedenen Schnitten und ruckelt nicht mit der Klinge herum.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig nur nicht kneten. Ganz sachte erst mit dem Kochl\u00f6ffel vermengen, dann auf der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che zu einer Scheibe formen. Reste kann man halbieren und im Toaster anw\u00e4rmen oder kurz in die Mikrowelle packen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Sehr lecker schmecken die Scones auch mit veganer <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/32FaXNj\">Cashew Butter.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Das Kokos\u00f6l sollte auf Raumtemperatur sein - l\u00f6ffelbar.
