Hier meine Hackfleisch Lieblinge:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rinderhack<\/li>\n<li>Putenhack<\/li>\n<li>Gefl\u00fcgelhack&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Wildschweinhack&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>So macht man die Cranberry So\u00dfe selbst:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Hier mein Rezept f\u00fcr die Cranberry Sauce:<\/p>\n<ul data-slot-rendered-dynamic=\"true\">\n<li>3 Tassen ganze Cranberries (frisch oder gefroren) &#8211; etwa 350 g&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>180 ml Orangensaft, frisch gepresst am besten<\/li>\n<li>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2PZsDip\">Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 TL Zimt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Tl Muskat<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 TL Nelkenpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Orangenabrieb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Cranberries, Orangensaft und Zucker in einem mittleren Topf zum Kochen bringen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Hitze reduzieren und die Sauce 5 bis 10 Minuten einkochen lassen. Dabei die Seiten abkratzen!<\/li>\n<li>Die Hitze abschalten und Gew\u00fcrze sowie Orangenabrieb unterr\u00fchren. Die Sauce abk\u00fchlen lassen. Nun ja, beide Fr\u00fcchtchen sind klein, rot und tauchen vermehrt in Herbst- und Wintergerichten auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-item \">\n<div class=\"content-item__content \">\n<div class=\"formatted-text u-spacing-sides@mobile\">\n<p>Auch geschmacklich sind sie sich sehr \u00e4hnlich: Beide sind fruchtig mit einem herben-s\u00e4uerlichen Beigeschmack. Cranberries werden ungef\u00e4hr so gro\u00df wie Kirschen und sind damit wesentlich gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die Preiselbeeren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-item \">\n<div class=\"content-item__content \">\n<div class=\"formatted-text u-spacing-sides@mobile\">\n<p>Sowohl Cranberries als auch Preiselbeeren sind im rohen Zustand nicht genie\u00dfbar und m\u00fcssen erst zubereitet werden. Am besten schmecken sie als Kompott, als <a href=\"https:\/\/cinnamonandcoriander.com\/cranberry-curd-sugar-free-paleo\/\">Cranberry Curd,<\/a> Gelee oder Fruchtmus. Wem die Kohlehydrate nichts ausmachen, der kann nat\u00fcrlich auf Kartoffelp\u00fcree zur\u00fcckgreifen.
