Dazu liefern Haferflocken pro 100 Gramm ganze 10 Gramm<strong>&nbsp;Ballaststoffe,<\/strong> was f\u00fcr ein Getreide ziemlich gut ist.&nbsp;Zus\u00e4tzlich dazu k\u00f6nnen sie aber m\u00f6glicherweise auch bei Verstopfung Abhilfe schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Die in den Haferflocken enthaltenen <strong>B-Vitamine<\/strong> sorgen nicht nur f\u00fcr mehr Power, sondern zusammen mit Spurenelementen wie Zink, Mangan und Kupfer auch f\u00fcr starke Fingern\u00e4gel und <strong>reine, gesunde, sch\u00f6ne Haut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Haferflocken enthalten zwar viele Kalorien \u2013 etwa 332 Kilokalorien pro 100 Gramm \u2013, machen aber nicht unbedingt dick denn sie machen lange satt. Ich gebe immer noch etwas Nussmuss mit hinein da ich das einfach unglaublich lecker finde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Um ein bisschen Biss und Textur mit ins Spiel zu bringen, r\u00fchre ich gehackte Cranberries und Sonnenblumenkerne unter. Das Porridge streichen wir nun in eine mit Frischhaltefolie ausgelegte Kastenform und geben diese in den K\u00fchlschrank oder ins Gefierfach.<\/p>\n<p>Das macht ihr am besten \u00fcber Nacht. Am Morgen m\u00fcsst ihr nur noch den Haferblock aus der Form l\u00f6sen, in St\u00fccke schneiden und herausbraten. Ihr k\u00f6nnt mit euren Lieblingsgew\u00fcrzen spielen. Wie w\u00e4re es denn mit<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2o23rvC\"> Lebkuchen Gew\u00fcrz<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2mqsbxt\">K\u00fcrbis Gew\u00fcrz<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Die Menge an Sonnenblumenkernen und Cranberries w\u00fcrde ich nicht noch mehr erh\u00f6hen sonst bekommt ihr am Ende keine sauberen St\u00fccke geschnitten.<\/li>\n<li>Ich gebe die Form mit den Haferflocken immer ins Gefrierfach.
